Tiptoe Thru' the Tulips of the 3rd kind

Presumably not all aliens will be malevolent cruel destroyers. Some of them, even the somewhat larger ones of their kind, might be pacifists and careful not to damage our property unnecessarily. Well, one can only hope so. After all, they can't all be stupid sadists if they manage to travel to us through the vastness of space.
